#10 (#10 LLC, nr10.com) is a design and development agency. We design, build and run Shopify stores and WordPress sites for brands and institutions, and we keep improving them long after launch. Design and AI implementation run across both. In business since 2000. A remote team based in Palo Alto, California, working with clients around the world.

## Mostly, we listen. Then we build.

1. **Listen.** We start with questions: what's working, what isn't, and what you've already tried. We talk to the people who use the site every day, not just whoever signs off on it.
2. **Absorb.** Then we dig into how your business actually runs: the data, the tools, the orders and the workarounds nobody wrote down. That's usually where the real problems are, and they're rarely what the brief says.
3. **Suggest.** We come back with a plan: what we'd do, in what order, what it costs and why. If something isn't worth doing, we'll say so, even if it's something we sell.
4. **Build.** Then we build it, launch it and keep going, because a good website is never finished.
