Ideas that showed up early.
What we build when nobody asked. Small experiments that show where websites are going. Some of them graduate into client work, and a few are on this site already.
On this site right now
- Machine view. Every page has a plain markdown version for AI agents. Add
.mdto any address, or use the switch in the footer. - llms.txt. A one-page summary of the whole site, written for AI assistants. It’s at /llms.txt.
- Page transitions. Real pages, sliding in like an app. No single-page tricks, so search engines and the Back button behave.
Coming soon
- Ask #10. The mark in the corner becomes a chatbot that answers from our own knowledge base.
- Your sky. A drawn sky on the homepage that follows your clock and, one day, your weather.
- Tangrams. Seven pieces that keep refolding: a goose, a plane, and a mark for each service.
Postcard from 2031
The self-restocking pantry shelf. It weighs what’s left, reorders before you run out, and asks first if the price changed.
