02 / Commerce · Shopify and Shopify Plus

Stores that survive Black Friday.

We build Shopify and Shopify Plus stores, and we move brands onto Shopify from Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and others. Then we stay on to run them, because the store is the business.

What's included

Builds and themes

New stores and theme work on Shopify and Shopify Plus, designed around how you actually sell.

Replatforming

Moving off Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce or Lightspeed, with every old URL redirected.

Integrations

Inventory, accounting, 3PL and ERP connected, so orders don't get retyped by hand.

Subscriptions and wholesale

Subscriptions and wholesale pricing that work alongside regular checkout, pickup orders included.

Speed

Faster pages and fewer apps, measured before and after so you can see the difference.

Launches and promotions

Holiday launches and discount campaigns, set up and tested before the rush.

Replatforming

What moves over when you move to Shopify.

Moving a store is mostly about what you can't afford to lose. This is the list we work through, in order, on a copy of the new store before anyone sees it.

  1. Products and variants, with their images
  2. Customers and order history
  3. Every old URL, redirected
  4. Apps and payments, reconnected
  5. Subscriptions and reviews
  6. Search rankings, watched after launch
  7. Tested on a copy before launch

Questions

Fair questions.

Do you work on Magento or WooCommerce?

We move stores off them. New ecommerce builds are on Shopify, because it's where we can do our best work and where most brands we talk to end up anyway.

Can you take over a store someone else built?

Yes. Our longest-running store came to us that way, on Magento. We start with a look under the hood and tell you what we'd keep and what we'd change.

Do you do the marketing too?

Search (AI search included) and Klaviyo email, yes. Google Ads in some cases. Paid social, no: we'll introduce you to people who do it well.
