Slides that don't need an apology.

We design the materials you put in front of a room. That means keynote decks and trade show graphics. It also means brochures and infographics. All of it matches your brand. They're built to read from the back row. You get finished files that your team or a print vendor can use right away.

What's included

Presentation decks

Keynote and slide decks with a clear structure and consistent layouts. Charts are easy to follow.

Trade show assets

Booth graphics, banners and signs. We prepare them to your vendor's specs.

Brochures

Print and digital brochures that explain what you do without a wall of text.

Infographics

Complex ideas turned into one clear visual.

Editable templates

Master slides and layouts. Your team can add content without breaking the design.

How a project runs

We start with what the event or talk needs to do. Who's in the room? When are the materials due? Then we design a sample and review it with you. Once the approach is approved, we roll it out across the full set.

Events have fixed dates. We plan backward from the deadline and tell you early if something won't fit.

A good deck does one job. It helps the speaker make a point and helps the audience remember it. We cut text, fix hierarchy and make data readable. Slides shouldn't compete with the person talking.

Pricing and timeline

Event and presentation design starts at $2,500 and takes 1–3 weeks. The price moves with the number of slides or pieces. Custom illustration and data visualization add time. A tight deadline can affect the price too. A single deck costs less than a full set of trade show assets. We quote a fixed price once we see the scope. If the work grows, we tell you before it costs you.

Questions

Questions people ask.

How much does a presentation deck cost?

Our event and presentation work starts at $2,500. The final price depends on how many slides you need and how much custom artwork goes in.

Can you work with our existing brand?

Yes. We design to your brand guidelines. If you don't have any, we also design brand identities. The two can happen together.

What if the event is close?

Tell us the date up front. Some projects can move faster. If a timeline doesn't work, we'll say so honestly.

Do you prepare files for printing?

Yes. We prepare files to the specs your print or booth vendor gives us. What arrives at the venue matches what you approved on screen.
