What this site collects, why we collect it, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect
When you use the contact form, we get your name, your email, what you need and your message. When you use the Talk it through interview, we get your answers, the brief it drafts, and the name and email you add before you send it. When you sign up for the newsletter, we get your email.
When you browse, Google Analytics records the pages you visit, your device, roughly where you are (the city, not your address) and the site that sent you here. It uses cookies to do that.
That’s all. We don’t ask for anything else, and we don’t buy data about you.
What happens in your browser
Some of this site changes with context, like the greeting at the bottom of the page, which follows your clock. That happens in your browser. None of it is sent to us.
We may also save a few settings in your browser, like whether the sound is on. They stay on your device, and clearing your browser data removes them.
How we use it
We use it to answer you, to send the newsletter if you asked for it, and to see which pages help people so we can improve them. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
Google Workspace delivers form messages to our inbox. Mailchimp sends the newsletter. Google Analytics measures traffic. When the Ask #10 chat is switched on, your question goes to Anthropic’s Claude to write the answer, and we don’t keep the conversation. When you use Talk it through, your answers go to Anthropic’s Claude to ask the next question and draft your brief. If you use the mic, we use the recording only to turn it into text on our own server, then delete it right away. Your written answers and the brief are kept like any other message you send us. Each one gets only what it needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
We keep messages while we’re working with you or might follow up. Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Your choices
Email info@nr10.com to see what we have about you, correct it or delete it. You don’t need to give a reason. To block analytics cookies, use your browser’s settings or Google’s opt-out add-on.
Keeping it safe
Copies of form messages are stored on our own server, and only our team can reach them. Access is limited to the people who need it, and the software is kept up to date.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of the page. Questions go to the same place: info@nr10.com.
